Know Before You Go for Celebration of Hope
We are so excited to see you and your guests this weekend as we proclaim that Jesus Christ is the One in whom everyone can find true hope!
We request that you carefully read the information below so that Celebration of Hope will be a pleasant and enjoyable experience for everyone attending.
CHECK YOUR TICKETS AND PRINT THEM!
The National Stadium has a strict seating policy – each person will only be allowed to enter the stadium upon scanning the unique barcode on their e-ticket. If you do not have a valid e-ticket, we regret that we will be unable to allow you entry into the stadium and you will be turned away. Hence, we ask that you do the following:
Verify all your e-tickets.
- Go to the Celebration of Hope app/website and retrieve your ticket order. Every confirmed ticket will have a unique 14 digit barcode (see examples in the image below).
- If you have already printed your tickets, please ensure that the barcode number on each ticket matches the barcode number assigned to you in your app/website.
- If you haven’t printed your tickets, please use the “View PDF” button on each of your ticket to access your e-tickets and print them.
Print your PDF e-tickets.
We highly recommend that you print out and bring your PDF e-tickets to ensure smooth entry into the rally.
If you haven’t confirmed your tickets, please do it asap.
If you still have tickets under “reserved” status in your app/website, you need to confirm your tickets in order to receive the e-ticket with barcode that will allow you entry into the stadium. Please see our guide here on how to confirm your tickets. You must confirm your tickets by 16 May, 23.59pm.
DONT’T HOARD – PLEASE RETURN UNUSED TICKETS!
There are still many people who are are eager to attend Celebration of Hope but do not have a ticket. If you do not need your tickets, we request that you return them as early as possible.
How to return my tickets?
Go into the Celebration of Hope app/website and cancel your tickets.On the day of the rally, you can also return the hardcopy PDF e-tickets at our ticketing booth located outside the National Stadium (see the location in the map below).
COME EARLY FOR A STRESS FREE AND ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE!
There will be a security screening process for every rally, so please arrive early to avoid lines. Seating in the National Stadium is on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservation of seats and re-entry into the stadium are not allowed. Hence, we recommend that you come early with your guests to secure the best seats.
Doors will open 1.5 hours before the rally start time.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
How should I get to the National Stadium?
Public transport by MRT and bus are the easiest forms of transport to get to the National Stadium. More information on how to get to the National Stadium can be found here.
We highly recommend that you come by public transport as roads in the area are likely to be congested during the weekend. For those who are taking the North-South Line MRT line to the National Stadium, do take note of that there will be a staggered closure of up to five MRT stations between Admiralty and Yio Chu Kang stations from 18-20 May 2019. During the planned closure, shuttle bus services will be made available to provide the connectivity along the affected sectors.

Sports hub Carpark 4 will be closed on 18May.
I am still on wait list, what should I do?
If you are still on the wait list, it is unlikely that you will receive a ticket as all tickets are already reserved. We recommend that you reserve tickets for other rallies. Tickets are still available for the 10.30am rallies on Saturday (18 May) and Sunday (19 May).
Conditions of entry for events held at the National Stadium
SportsHub Pte Ltd as a venue owner is dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable and enjoyable environment for its patrons. In support of this, the following conditions of entry apply to the Celebration of Hope rallies held at the Singapore Sports Hub.
- No re-entry: Your ticket is valid for a one-time entry into the venue only. You will not be allowed back after you have exited.
- No smoking: Please refrain from smoking in the Sports Hub venue and in the queues.
- No outside food and drinks: You can refill your empty water bottle at the water coolers inside the venue.
- No selfie sticks.
- No helmets, weapons, flares or musical instruments (including air horns).
Can I bring food into the Stadium?
Personal food and drinks will not be allowed in to the National Stadium. Water dispensers are located next to the toilets in the Stadium. You can bring along their empty water bottles to fill them up.
Families with babies may bring along a flask of hot water. But please inform the security during check-in.

Can I take photos and videos of the rallies?
You are welcome to take photographs and videos of the rallies. However, please do not get into the way of the Official Media Crew.
