Attention Gather ICs: Follow-Up Tracking System

The Celebration of Hope is only 3 months away, and we wait with baited breaths, in anticipation of what God will do in our land. While we look forward to the harvest, we are also aware of the importance of preserving the fruit that will be reaped at the COH rallies. Thus, the COH tracking team has been set up to pass on the people who responded at the rallies to the COH Partner Churches for follow up and discipleship.

COH Follow-Up Tracking System

Aim: The preservation of fruit.

How are inquirers (those who respond at the COH Rallies) allocated to COH Partner Churches?

1. Personal Relationships & Invites
2. Partnering COH Churches (Appoint COH/Gather I/C):
3. Preferred language of the contact
4. Proximity – postal code; multiple centres/”churches”
5. Personnel Capacity – No. of Follow Up Leaders

What do we need from the COH Partner Churches?

For your church to be involved in this tracking system, we need the Gather IC of each Partner Church to do the following: (Deadline: 19 march, 5 PM)

1. Establish the number of Follow-up ICs available in your church – Follow Up ICs are in charge of calling up the inquirers from the COH rallies and invite them to your church worship service.

2. Be available for a Gather IC training on any of the following dates. You may select whichGather IC training session you will attend on the type form. This training is necessary as you will be taught how to use the tracking follow-up system designed by the COH Tracking Team. This system allows us to allocate the contact details of inquirers to you, and allows us to also monitor the follow up of Inquirers across all Partner Churches.

Tuesday 23rd April (4 Sessions) – Cru Centre (18 Verdun Road, #03-01, Singapore (207280)
Session 1: 2pm – 3pm
Session 2: 3.30pm – 4.30pm
Session 3: 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Session 4: 8pm – 9pm

Wednesday 24th April (4 Sessions) – Cru Centre (18 Verdun Road, #03-01, Singapore (207280)
Session 5: 2pm – 3pm
Session 6: 3.30pm – 4.30pm
Session 7: 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Session 8: 8pm – 9pm

Tuesday 30th April (2 Sessions) – St Andrew Cathedral (11 St Andrew’s Rd, Singapore 178959, Classroom A, B2 Level)
Session 9: 2pm – 3pm
Session 10: 3.30pm – 4.30pm
